We have great news for you from the Bliskie Piaseczno estate! We have handed over most of the premises to our clients. We invite you to see a photo report from the handover of three-room apartment no. 133.

Thanks to the kindness of our client, we had the opportunity to see what it looks like to hand over the apartment to the new owner. We provide each of our clients with a two-hour meeting, during which they have the opportunity to inspect their premises carefully.

During the inspection of the apartment, the client is accompanied by engineers from TELKA – the  General Contractor of the investment, as well as Eng. Aneta Bonecka from the Residential Department of Ghelamco.  Most clients take advantage of the help of specialists who use professional equipment to thoroughly check the workmanship quality. This time, our client was helped by a technician who carried out specialized measurements using thermal cameras and lasers. The client and the engineers had the opportunity to check personally all installations in the premises and familiarize themselves with their operation. We are glad that the acceptance was successful and without any faults detected.

It is worth adding that during each inspection we take photos of the meter readings on the day of handing over the premises and record the comments provided by our customers. We have handed over most of the apartments in the investment without any defects.

After the inspection is completed, we return with the client to the Sales Office, where we sign the apartment acceptance report and hand over the keys. Additionally, our customers will receive a nice gift. But it’s a surprise!
