Great news for residents of the Close Piaseczno estate. Construction works in Tukanów Street are coming to an end, and the residents will soon receive their keys and will be able to access our estate comfortably. The new road system in the vicinity of Bliskie Piaseczno is being created thanks to an agreement with the Lesznowola Community and the Ghelamco company , which is implementing the Bliskie Piaseczno investment in Tukanów Street. The construction of the road is possible thanks to financial support from the developer, and the investment cost is PLN 5,215,200.
We are happy with the development of the Community and new transport connections. Just before the May weekend – on April 28th, another section of the S7 expressway between the Lesznowola junction and Tarczyn Północ was opened. It is a 17-kilometer route that will allow you to travel south from Warsaw without traffic jams.
Previously, drivers who wanted to go towards Radom, Kielce, Kraków and further south left the ring road at the Opacz junction, or left the capital via the extension of Al. Jerozolimskie, going straight from the Salomea junction. Now S7 leads south from the Warsaw Airport junction and is an extension of the short section of S79 from the junction at Marynarska Street.
This road, located approximately 2 km from the Bliskie Piaseczno estate, provides a quick connection to Warsaw.
