We are a Belgian development company established in 1985, experienced in erecting office, commercial, and residential buildings. We create unique designs enriching the architectural landscape of cities, while taking care of comfort of future users and following the idea of sustainable development. For 30 years, we have been successfully implementing investments in Poland as well. In 2017, Warsaw Spire, as the only building from Poland, was awarded the title of World's Best Office Building in the MIPIM competition organized in Cannes. At the beginning of 2020, in Śródmieście (downtown) in Warsaw, we commissioned a unique apartment complex in a historical tenement house at ul. Foksal, which was considered the best luxury real estate in Central and Eastern Europe in the CIJ Awards "Hall of Fame: Best of the Best" competition. In 2021, we are finishing the construction of a prestigous investment named Flisac, which is being arected at the Vistula River next to the Świętokrzyski Bridge, just around the Copernicus Science Center metro station. Our new proposal is Groen housing development in Konstancin-Jeziorna, located in the immediate vicinity of the Botanical Garden.

Selected projects

Groen Konstancin

Groen Konstancin is a charming housing development comprising single-family houses, mainly semi-detached houses, where approx. 160 apartments will be available. The first stage comprises 48 houses located in the western part of the investment, directly next to the Botanical Garden of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). The architecture is characterized by attention to details, timeless elegance, high-class materials, and modern design. There will also be a recreational part for residents with a green pitch and a small pond with a bridge.

Flisac Apartamenty Powiśle

Flisac is an exclusive apartment complex being erected in a prestigous part of Powiśle in Warsaw next to the Świętokrzyski Bridge and the Statute of Warsaw Mermaid. Modern architecture, attractive facade, and high-quality materials make Flisac stand out in the panarama of the city at the Vistula River. There will be a green recreational space with a glass-covered observation deck on the roof, whereas the entire building will feature a range of well-thought solutions for future residents.

Foksal 13/15

Foksal 13/15 is a luxury residential investment consisting of two adjacent historical tenement houses located in the very center of the city, next to the Royal Route. The project features bold and rare architectural and technological solutions, while preserving the historical values of the project. A two-storied parking lot, a SPA zone with a fitness room, an observation deck with a bar and a jacuzzi as well as guest rooms are the most crucial facilities which have been created to ensure the comfort of future residents.

Warsaw Spire

The Warsaw Spire is a complex of office buildings, located in the business part of Wola district. It is dominated by a 180-meter-tall skyscraper – one of the tallest ones in Warsaw. In the middle of the complex, there is the European Square with street infrastructure, fountains, and green areas, which is accessible to the public. The investment was awarded a real estate Oscar during MIPIM Awards ceremony in Cannes and the title of the Best Office & Business Development.

Woronicza Qbik

Woronicza Qbik, which was commissioned in 2012, is one of the most unique residential projects in Warsaw in recent years. The building located in Mokotów features 350 loft-style apartments, comprising 1 or 2 stories with the area of up to 206 square meters. Some of them are equipped with nearly 6-meter-tall panoramic windows, which offer a view of the Warsaw business district. The interior green patio visible through the glass facade adds a sophisticated look to the entire complex.

Villa Pan Tadeusz

Villa Pan Tadeusz is the first residential investment implemented by Ghelamco and was completed in 2005. The building located in Ochota offers the highest quality, features 18 apartments, and is located next to one of the largest green oases in the city – Szczęśliwicki Park. That is why the project features large windows and spacious terraces offering a view of the nearby park and lake.
